We also have a dedicated Lettings Department, so whether you are looking to rent a home, let out your home on a short term basis or have a portfolio of properties we can guarantee you a First Class Service as we employ experienced property professionals who will guide you through the complicated process. For Landlords we can provide a comprehensive Management or Let Only service and whilst all four of our busy branches deal with lettings on a day to day basis our Head Office at Witham takes overall management control thus ensuring the highest possible customer care.

Country & Premier Homes is a new specialist department recently opened and based within our prestigious office suite at Kelvedon, this department is run by, Director Mike Allen and specialises in the sale of properties in excess of £400,000. We also have an ever increasing involvement in Land & New Homes, working on behalf of a number of well know nationwide brands and more local based developers.
